I have RV'd for over 40 years. I've heard all the claims about products "guaranteed" to eliminate odor. Not one worked in eliminating odor unless I dumped the tank every 3-4 days regardless of how much it was used. That's why I was more than a little skeptical that a couple of little tablets would do the job. They were given to me as a free sample so it cost me nothing to try. Wow was I surprised! We were invited to the Nature-Zyme demo in April at View Point [RV Resort] in Mesa, AZ. We really went for the promised dessert, but attended with an open mind. We were impressed with the demonstrations and decided to try the product. We were mainly interested in the black tank treatment as we are full timers. We started using the product the next dump - what a difference! We had been using Thetford products for years and were reasonably satisfied but the Nature-Zyme made an immediate difference. We usually dump once every two weeks and with the Thetford product, we had to use at least two bottles during the two week time period and sometimes still had odor. We used just one tablet of the Nature-Zyme and have virtually no sewer odor. We have a clear fitting sewer hose so you can see the waste as it flows out - we cannot see any paper or chunks as I saw with the other products. THIS STUFF IS GREAT. I gave all the remaining Thetford product I had to my father-in-law. We also like that Nature-Zyme is chemical free and comes in tablet form. It's much easier to use and doesn't make a mess or stain if you spill it. We are firm believers in this product. It works as advertised and we highly recommend it to any RV'er.

Dick checked and found the seal was leaking and not holding water. We called the service center in Pensacola, Florida. They had the seal and would repair when we got there. "We took the samples and tested them in the two Terry Trailers here at Gulf Air and I took 2 tablets to my Houseboat holding tank. I followed instructions and within 6 hours later I did the whiff test ( not my favorite thing to do) and found NO ODOR in the travel trailers and none in the houseboat head! I must add being a boater all my life I have tried every chemical on the market and never had the NO ODOR result. Others mask but Nature-Zyme eliminated it."
