CASE STUDY: BiOWiSH™ helps improve water quality in polluted rive
The most recent case study released by BiOWiSH Technologies shows BiOWiSH™-Aqua FOG is effective for removing pollutants from waterways.

BiOWiSH™-Aqua FOG was used over a 60 day period in Malaysia's Sungai Merlimau, where an ongoing pollution problem is impacting fish harvests and making it difficult for fisherman in the area to make a living. The primary pollutant in the Sungai Merlimau is oil and grease contamination on the river's surface. Prior to treatment, the dissolved oxygen (DO) saturation parameter at the sampling location was only 6.8%, indicating a heavy organic pollutant load.

After just two months of treatment, BiOWiSH™-Aqua FOG improved the water quality index in Sungai Merlimau by up to 55 % (based on Water Quality Index data). River sampling test results also indicated improvement in every measured water quality parameter compared to measured baseline data.
